Today I want to share with you our family, simple, yet delicious chicken fettuccine recipe.  I am not Italian nor do I claim this recipe is true to the actual chicken fettuccine.  But, it is cost friendly and delicious. Serve with some garlic or cheesy bread and a salad.  My family loves it!

Simple, yet delicious, chicken fettuccine


  • 1 Box of fettuccine noodles
  • 3 Boneless chicken breast, cut in small chunks
  • 2 Jars of your favorite Alfredo sauce
  • 1 Clove of garlic, minced
  • 4 Tablespoons of olive oil (save a tablespoon for the boiling water)
  • 1 Teaspoon olive oil
  • Chives, chopped, to decorate
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, both sides.
  • Add the olive oil and garlic to a frying pan.
  • When the garlic begins to brown, add the chicken until is fully cook.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan, drain the excess oil in a paper towel and set aside.
  • In a pot add 4 cups or more of water, season the water with salt and add 1 tablespoon of oil to the water.
  • Boil the water, then add the fettuccine noodles, cook for 15 minutes, drain and add 1 teaspoon of oil to the noodles, stir, and set aside.
  • Warm up the Alfredo sauce, then add the noodles and the chicken.
  • Serve and sprinkle chives on top.....ENJOY!
