Easy Breeze Yummy Cheesecake
I love to cook, but I like to keep it delicious and simple. A few years ago, I came across a very simple cheesecake recipe. I made some changes, to simplify the ingredients and the process and it has been a success ever since. Cheesecake is my son’s favorite, and one of my, sugar lover, daughter’s favorite. So, today I am sharing the recipe with y’all! I hope you enjoy it. Let me know if you make any changes, I am always looking for something new when it comes to recipes 🙂
For the crust– 1 cup graham crackers crumbs, 1 tbsp sugar and 3 tbsp of cold butter (or simply follows the instructions in the back of the graham’s crackers box)
Combine crackers crumbs, sugar and cut in the butter until crumbly. Grease the sides of a 9-in spring form pan; press crumb mixture onto the bottom of the pan. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, then let it cool in a rack.
For the filling: 4 packages (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened, 1 1/4 cups of sugar, 2 tbsp vanilla extract, and 3 eggs –lightly beaten-
I mixed all the ingredients in my Ninja…if you do not have a blender big enough to hold the filling mixture, just use a regular bowl. Mix all the filling ingredients. Then pour over the crust and bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until the center is almost set.
For the strawberry filling I used 2 cups of strawberries (chopped), 1 cup of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of vanilla. I cooked all the ingredients in medium heat until the strawberries turn into a jam looking mixture. Let it cool off, then once the cheesecake is cool…pour the strawberry filling on top, enjoy!
