Banana Muffins



Banana Muffins
3- Large ripe bananas
3/4 Cup sugar
1-Egg, slightly beaten
1/3 Cup melted butter
1-Tsp baking powder
1-Tsp baking soda
1/2-Tsp salt
1 1/2 Cups of flour

2 Tsp Sugar
2 TBSP Karo Syrup
1 Tsp sugar
3 TBS chopped pecans
Dash of cinnamon

1. Mash bananas
2. Add sugar and slightly beaten egg
3. Add melted butter
4. Add the dry ingredients
5. Mix toppings ingredients
6. Lined cupcake pan and evenly add the batter
7. Add a spoon of the topping to each muffin without overdoing it!
8. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
