Accountability T-21

A couple of weeks ago I wrote about my desire to lose a few pounds.  So, here is my accountability for the month of February… I am -4 pounds, not  a lot, but enough to keep going.  I am not making drastic changes nor am I starving myself; I am just cutting back on some stuff and forcing myself to bring lunch from home instead of buying out all the time. I am happy about it, you’ll be surprised to find out what losing 4 pounds feels like, I am pretty sure my pants have more breathing room now 🙂

So, stay on task…even if you have a crappy day, pick yourself up and continue your journey.
